Iiu Susiraja
Iiu Susiraja is a self-portrait artist who works mainly with photography and video. Her practice involves capturing mundane domestic situations that relate to themes of femininity, the body, and social stereotypes.
Iiu Susiraja (born 1975) lives and works in Turku, Finland. She graduated from the Arts Academy at Turku University of Applied Sciences in 2012. Susiraja has shown her work at Ramiken Crucible, New York; Rubell Family Collection, Miami; and the Finnish Museum of Photography, Helsinki, amongst others. Her art is in several collections including the Heino Art Foundation, Helsinki Art Museum, Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art, National Museum of Finland, and Gothenburg Museum of Art.

Olli Keränen
Olli Keränen’s works often address shared spaces. The focal point of his practice is the dialogue created in gallery spaces, where discussions happen between the artist, viewer and the art works. The physical presence of a viewer is pivotal to Keränen’s works.
Olli Keränen has had solo exhibitions in Copenhagen and Helsinki in addition to group shows in Finland and abroad, including SIC, Helsinki; Galerie Anhava, Helsinki; and Malmö Konsthall. Keränen is the recipient of the William Thuring Prize, 2016, and the Raimo Utriainen Art Foundation Award for Young Sculptor, 2013.

Furen Dai
Furen Dai’s practice has focused largely on the economy of culture industry, and how languages lose function, usage, and history. Dai’s hybrid art practice utilizes video, sound, sculpture, painting and collaboration. Her years as a professional translator and interest in linguistic studies have guided her artistic practice since 2015. She has been researching and developing the nearly extinct language of NüShu. The language, derived from Chinese characters, was created and used exclusively by women.
Furen Dai has exhibited work at the 13th Athens Digital Arts Festival, Greece; 2016 International Video Art Festival Now&After, Moscow, Russia; and Edinburgh Artists’ Moving Image Festival, Scotland, amongst other.
